As a NDIS provider, it is our responsibility and obligation to meet the NDIS Code of Conduct and NDIS Practice Standards for the supports and services we provide. During a pandemic there are a number of risks that may compromise these requirements.

We have therefore developed a COVID-19 Safety Plan to maintain a safe environment for staff, clients and visitors. The plan has been developed using guidelines from the VIC Government. It is aimed at helping to slow the spread of COVID-19 and reassure our clients and the community that they can safely use our services.

This plan will be updated as required, as restrictions and advice change.
